Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the availability of each product. Estimated delivery times are:
- UK & Europe: 1 to 12 business days
- Spain & Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times may vary due to courier services, particularly in rural areas.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across the UK and Europe. If you’re outside these regions, please contact us at hi@regalkitty.com to check for possible shipping options.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 15 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition. Return shipping costs are covered by you.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please email us at hi@regalkitty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival:
- With the courier present: Reject the package and report the damage to the courier.
- After delivery: Contact us at hi@regalkitty.com within 24 hours, including photos of the damaged packaging and item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued via your original payment method.
Product Warranty & Issues
Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes! Our products come with a 2-year warranty for new items and 1-year warranty for outlet or discounted items.
What should I do if my product is faulty?
If your item is defective or stops working under warranty, please email us at hi@regalkitty.com with details and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and guide you through the replacement or refund process.
Do I need to keep the original packaging?
Yes, to process returns or warranty claims, products must be sent back in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations are only possible before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible at hi@regalkitty.com if you need changes.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, you’ll need to return it for a refund and place a new order.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, some items cannot be returned, including:
- Products without their original packaging or missing seals.
- Opened or used hygiene-related items (for health and safety reasons).
- Items damaged due to misuse.
